MAKEPEACE & MASSAGE
Helping individuals open their hearts & minds to understand & move beyond their pain, from a purpose built clinic space in West Hagbourne, South Oxfordshire
A trauma-informed blended manual therapy approach, that offers the
missing puzzle piece on pain:
Your tissues may have healed, and they can still hurt.
Suboccipital headache
The Suboccipital muscles are responsible for small movements of the head: nodding, shaking, tilting. They sit between the base of the skull and the neck.
The suboccipital muscles produce a headache that radiates through the eye lie and feels like it goes all the way through the head like a tennis head band. This headache pattern can feel persistent and dull and achy.
